What's required and what you need to bring before showing up.

03

The Bikes

Race Format

05

Flag Signals

Every corner marshal communicates in flags. Know them before you're on track.

Green

Track is clear — race is on.

Yellow

Caution ahead. No passing until you're clear of the marked section.

Red

Stop racing immediately. Slow safely and follow marshal direction — do not return to the pits at speed.

Black

Return to the pits at the end of the current lap. Directed at a specific rider — usually a penalty or safety concern.

Checkered

Heat is over. Complete the lap you're on at race pace, then slow for the cool-down lap.

06

On-Track Conduct

How to race hard without wrecking someone else's day.

07

Penalties & Disqualification

What happens when a rule gets broken.

08
